Have you completed Reiki Level 1 in the past but feel a little rusty? Perhaps you trained several years ago and haven't practiced much since, or maybe you'd like to continue to Reiki Level 2 but would benefit from a refresher first.

This Reiki Level 1 Refresher session is designed to help you reconnect with your Reiki practice, rebuild your confidence, and revisit the foundations of Reiki in a supportive and relaxed environment.

It is also ideal if you completed Reiki Level 1 with another teacher and are considering Reiki Level 2 training with me. As Reiki is taught in many different ways, this session provides an opportunity for us to explore any differences in approach and ensure you feel comfortable with the way I teach before progressing further.

Who is this for?

This refresher session may be suitable if you:

• Completed Reiki Level 1 some time ago and would like a reminder of the core teachings

• Haven't practised Reiki regularly and would like to rebuild confidence

• Learned Reiki Level 1 with another teacher and wish to continue your training with me (but taking this refresher course is not mandatory)

• Have completed Reiki Level 1 with me and would like additional support before progressing to Reiki Level 2

• Would like the opportunity to ask questions and deepen your understanding of Reiki practice

This 2-hour session includes:

• A review of Reiki Level 1 principles and practice

• Practical guidance and hands-on support

• Space for questions, discussion and clarification

• An overview of how I teach and structure Reiki Level 2

• A Reiju blessing to support and deepen your connection with Reiki

• A professionally printed copy of my Reiki Level 1 manual

• Access to my private online Reiki Level 1 student area

• Access to the Reiki student WhatsApp community​

Important Information

This is a refresher and mentoring session for students who have already completed Reiki Level 1 training. It is not a Reiki Level 1 certification course and no certificate is issued.

 

Proof of Reiki Level 1 training will be requested prior to booking.
