Hayley was very gentle and thorough in her teaching approach, it was a calming experience and a day I’ll remember forever. I was amazed by the energy I could feel and really enjoyed listening to the history of reiki. Hayley is extremely knowledgeable. Yesterday I attended a Reiki Level 1 Training session. It was the most wonderful day. Hayley delivered such an informative, peaceful, educational session. The six hours flew by, peacefully. I felt welcome, comfortable and relaxed all day. I left the session feeling confident and calm and supported. Hayley explained everything so beautifully, it was easy to soak in all of the information as well as feeling like I was in a friendly environment. You can really see how passionate Hayley is and how much she loves what she does and that energy is contagious. I feel inspired and excited for my Reiki future. Thank you.

An Emotional Release and Deep Healing My session with Hayley at Little Woods Reiki was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I stepped into the serene and calming space, I felt at peace. Hayley herself radiates such positive energy and her caring, personal approach made me feel completely safe. During the Reiki, I experienced a profound emotional release—tears streamed from my eyes while I simultaneously smiled, a feeling of heavy weight being lifted. I reached a state of deep relaxation I haven't felt in years, calming both my body and my spirit. The gentle background music and calming scents in the room deepened the entire experience, making it even more immersive and enjoyable. The concluding Thai foot massage was the cherry on top, a perfect addition that left me feeling utterly reborn and recharged. I am so grateful for the experience; I felt a warm, loving contentment and clarity about my path forward. Hayley is a gifted practitioner and a beautiful soul. I cannot recommend her enough and am already looking forward to my next session.
