Training Course Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

2. Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the course date.

If payment is not received by this date, your place may be offered to someone else.

3. Changing Your Booking

You may change your course date with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.

Date changes are subject to availability.

Less than 7 days’ notice will result in the booking being treated as a cancellation (see below).

4. Cancellations & Non-Attendance

If you cancel, your deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the course date are non-refundable.

No refunds will be given if you do not attend on the day or if you fail to complete the course.

If Little Woods Reiki cancels or postpones the course, you may choose a new date or receive a full refund of all fees paid.

5. Attendance & Participation

Please arrive promptly for your training session.

If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time.

Full attendance is required to receive your certificate.

6. Model

If your training is 1:1, you will need to bring a model for a small duration of your course (usually no longer than 1 hour).

If you cannot bring a model, please let me know and I will try and provide one, however this would incur a charge of £20.

You do not need to bring a model if your course is 1:2 or in a group.

7. Health & Safety

Please let me know of any health conditions, accessibility requirements, injuries, or concerns prior to the course.

8. Course Materials

All manuals and materials are for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission. Course materials are the property of Hayley Hunt, Little Woods Reiki & Wellbeing Coaching.

9. Changes to Courses

Little Woods Reiki reserves the right to change the course venue, times, or content where necessary and within reason..
