​The Reiki level 1 course is ideal for anyone seeking a personal and spiritual self-healing practice, or wanting to support their own wellbeing journey, or that of family and friends.

 

Reiki level 1 lays the foundations of your Reiki journey; you can't help others if you don't first help yourself. It's the first step to your level 2 Reiki if you wish to continue your Reiki journey to practitioner level.

Training is delivered 1:1 or 1:2 in my calm, relaxing treatment room in Redditch, Worcestershire.

• Accredited course by the CMA (Complementary Medical Association)

• 1 full day guided learning + at-home practice (9.30am - 3.30pm)

• Professionally printed complete Reiki 1 manual (written by Hayley Hunt, Reiki Master Teacher)

1-to-1/1-to-2 training is available on weekdays to suit both student and teacher, subject to availability, but there is flexibility; we can discuss days to best suit you.

If your training is 1:1, you will need to provide a model for a small duration of your course (usually no longer than 1 hour).

If you cannot provide a model, please let me know and I will arrange one, however this would incur a charge of £20.

You do not need to bring a model if your course is 1:2 or in a group.

 

Please note a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure course bookings.
