Hi! I'm Hayley, a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Holistic Therapist, NHS-accredited Wellbeing Coach and hospice volunteer. I'm based in Redditch, Worcestershire (also serving Birmingham, Warwickshire, Midlands) but also offer online coaching and online Reiki. My background was 16 years in the NHS, until chronic pain forced me to leave. After successfully trying complementary therapies and mindset shifts to ease discomfort from my hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, I re-trained as a Reiki Practitioner and set up my own business.

 

Over time, I noticed the biggest breakthroughs happened when clients received personalised guidance alongside their Reiki and holistic treatments. Inspired by this, I trained as an NHS-accredited Health & Wellbeing Coach.
