Hollie Stewart, Aug 2024 "I am so unbelievably impressed!! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from my first contact (via FB) with Hayley I felt at ease, she was instantly so kind. When we first met I felt an instant sense of relief, warmth, safety. With my current busy life, some medical issues, the busy busy going 99 mph always in demand, I knew I needed something, but it was like in that room it didn’t matter. She had an ability to just offer a soothing effect even before treatment, and she listened. She had empathy! I felt a sense of healing, I think some people just have that ability naturally. I’ve had Reiki once before elsewhere & it wasn’t at all a pleasant feeling for me so I was dubious as to try again but I have friends who regularly have Reiki and think it’s fantastic, after my first experience I knew it was powerful but didn’t want to feel so badly affected again I wasn’t sure if it was how i reacted to this treatment or if it was just a bad session I felt weird for weeks and even a year later still felt quite negative about it. However it’s safe to say Reiki isn’t always a bad thing for me, Hayley I don’t even know how to describe she took me out of the room, I was there physically I could sense her warmth, I could smell her hands, I just went elsewhere, the majority of the session I felt so rested with tranquility. It was a safe, restful & happy feeling. Any weird or wonderful negative thoughts it was immediately pushed or pulled out before my brain had the opportunity to think about them. It wasn’t hypnosis but I can’t actually remember what the thoughts were now. She seemed to cure my crippling anxiety, and I really need further treatment if one session can make me feel so much better what will on going do. When I left I felt different, I felt a weight had been lifted, chirpy, chilled with a spring back in my step, nothing stressed me. I felt proactive & productive. I’ve been feeling so stressed so over whelmed, tired, irritated by everything and honestly this treatment just one treatment I feel less wound up, less jumpy, less like the stress chatter & horrid thoughts are able to nag at me (I sound like a loon but it’s truthfully how I’ve felt the last few weeks) I’ve needed the break and that hour she managed to give me that. I’d say when Hayley had her hands making contact I could almost see the energy swirling around. Almost like a vacuum, you’d have to try it to understand what I mean. I enjoyed my time, I found the bed comfortable the room very pretty and tranquil. It smelt wonderful.
